Delete your Maiora account

You can permanently delete your Maiora account at any time, directly from the app.

From inside the app

1. Open the Maiora app.
2. Go to Settings → Profile → Delete account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

This permanently deletes:

• Your account profile (name, phone number, password hash, avatar)
• Your contacts and contact requests
• Encrypted message ciphertexts on our servers
• Push notification tokens
• Tutor–child relationships you're part of

The action is irreversible. End-to-end encrypted message copies that were already delivered to other users remain on those users' devices — they age out via the standard 14-day server-side retention window.

If you've lost your phone, forgotten your password, or already uninstalled Maiora, email us from the address linked to your account:

We process manual deletion requests within 7 days.
